CEL issue - O2 Simulator

Found this website regarding the O2 Simulator which should be able to fix the CEL issue. My car CEL always ON after remove the catalytic convertor.

wat is a CEL?

CEL = check engine light. Most of the time will need OBDII to see the error code when the CEL lights up.

I have remove the catalytic convertor long time ago, but the check light is ok.
