Site looks legit tho. Even the booking process seems like very easy to do. Everything online. How come these kinds of service is not well-known in Malaysia :/

Yep its legit. Ive known this caregiverasia for quite sometime now. Didnt know it is still not well known to others. Quite unfortunate for those that never heard of caregiveasia before.
Other areas also got I think. But the caregiver are more focused on populated area
that sounds convenient enough. and i just checked the website. so many services too. so useful for future reference.

Its not that hard actually especially if you live in the city area. Many caretakers are for hire that provide services to your door. They even mentioned caregiverasia in the earlier replies. That one is also quite good
I've never used them personally but from the replies it seems professional and trustable. Hiring private caretakers allows you to monitor them more closely with your home cameras if you have one. But more importantly you'll know your old parents is in good environment with good food and all. It is your own house after all
