Can anyone tell me how to join MME race?

Me and my friend planning to join MME race for next year.Anyone know how to join the MME race?
What is the procedure?
How much is the cost?
and Do and Don't.I mean like convert engine to GSR 1.8?
We already have car is Satria GTI 1.8 and enough driver but we don't know how to join in MME race.Anyone can help?
