Buying advice for 2013 or later Lancer

I'm considering purchasing a 2013 or later Lancer (SE, SE AWC, GT) used from a dealer, and I'm wondering if you could give some advice on things to look for when purchasing:

• parts that are notorious to fail
• spots that accumulate rust
• any other general buying advice

, as well as average maintenance costs or typical repairs.

Buy new one as the new one come with sunroof and it will be very much diff from the Inspxxx......

but with Proton sharing the breed you can enjoy more acc and parts options with cheaper price....
