I'm in the mist of compiling the sound generated from various BOVs in the market. It will be a useful reference for newbies to force induction.

Anyone willing to help out? I will sponsor the server space for people to upload the file (can be in mp3 or wav).

Eg. Pls list down based on the following order.

Car:
Engine:
Setting: Soft / Hard



To upload (via FTP):

Either HKS SSQV or Greddy Type S/R.

it might be a little inaccurate. My bovsounded different (sharper and louder) on my gsr than on my 4g63.

Might be a good idea to include intercooler piping diameter and boost pressure when bov opens.

WALAU! there's one downloadable sound clip on that site http://www.blowoffvalves.com/ the clip with gReddy Type-S on a supra and wow it sounds amazing!! SHIT! i had a brand new one still in box and i sold it off cos everyone told me it sounded exactly like SSQV!!! but it doesn't! oh man now i damn regret la :(

even opening up the air filter box, will have a fluttering sound on lower boost (r2d2 in wira gsr)...
