Basic setup ICE for beginner

hi guys..
wat the best setup (ICE) for newbie & tight budget like me?
recently i change my oem HU to dvd one..(but no monitor yet)..so wut shud i do next?get speaker?amp?or monitor?plz advice..

just get the monitor la since u oledi got the dvd player, sound can still use OEM speakers. obviously youre into AV instead of SQ...

decide between the 2 which one you need.
Sound or visual?
Sound - get an amp and comp set. (get 2nd hand for both items, probably can sound good enough)
Visual - get a monitor. (if you go for cheap ones, probably got some money to spare for comp set)

haha....u go market place...howiechoo selling 2 channel amp and matria comp set...juz RM199....and buy a eclipse c1000 player from him too...juz RM3xx also....

Bro Zenn has a DLS B6 comp set for sale at RM500. Look around this forums or other ICE forums to find cheap 2nd hand good amps and/or components.
try perfect-carpenter's thread in this forum. he got 3 amps for sale.
