B8t Turbo Upgrade

hey guyz was plannin 4 a upgrade from my vj20 2 maybe a vf10.any comments???

I'm not too sure about the VF8, but the VF10 has long been the favourite upgrade of VF20's...
You can't go wrong with what's been proven right all over the world...

1 is like td05 size 1 is like td04? 1 can produce at least 280 1 can produce 240?
this is wat i learn from other forummer...
maybe i am wrong...

a upgrade is always a good thing :)
vf10 is worth the money quite cheap to play with...

with a few extra mod u can boost up and feel the big difference..


but i no money to mod...haiz...

the VF8 turbine has got a bigger compressor wheel than the VF10 (only the inducer side) and significantly bigger exhaust wheel...it wont fit directly into the B8 exhaust housing...you gotta exchange the B8 exhaust wheel over but still using the VF8 hub...the VF8 compressor housing wont fit the B8 hub...lots of work...

look at your target...bigger hp doesnt mean fast if u dun tune it right
with proper tuning apparatus and methods.

if u want a reliable and quick spool turbo by all means go for the proven
upgrade..so far i've heard vf10 is a reliable mod..vf8 none heard so far...

but for me fully utilised the vj20 first...coz my target is a daily driver
with both balance accelaration and top speed.

The VF10/BPT doing 240whp is dependent on many mods i.e. engine management, fuelling lines, and what boost.

For VF10/BPT churning out 240whp gotta be high boost.

I've seen VF8/BPT turning 243whp w/ 1.2bar on the dyno in Sunway. Wonder who's the car owner.
