Anyone know where can i get the EL light sticker??

I saw a kancil sticked an EL light sticker at his rear windscreen... it's so nice.. it flashes when brake is on.. anyone has idea where can i get this>??? and how much it costs?

I know the grand daddy of EL one of the first manufacturers of EL
they customise em, i've seen a bacardi logo the size of a small kancil on a van, stuck like vynil and blinks too, damn cool...
