Advice for car below RM10k

Hi,
I know this kinda topic is very common in ZTH but used car market price is never at standstill.
Need recommendations on what car is possible to get for RM10k> [this budget is very strict :(].
My requirements are simple. Just easy to maintain, no rust issues, manual transmission and fuel efficient (I believe it has to be fuel injection too for this case).
This car will be used strictly for work only (travels a lot in town).
Or if anyone has friends selling off their ride, please do PM me.
There are a few choices in my mind at the moment.
A satria/wira 1.6m (I used to use this engine and its quite okay but with my low budget, I believe it will be the 1995-1997 batch which is very famous for their rust issues)
A kelisa 1.0m (this car is very fuel efficient but with this budget, I can only find year 2000 model which is already 10 years old)
Your opinions/suggestions will be very much appreciated.

yup,1st model '98 if not mistaken...
rust issue on proton onli at roof part...

fuel injection - kia sephia
carburetor - iswara aeroback 1.3 year 1998-2001.
good luck since yr budget so strict.....
