1mzfe into ae101

Hi fellow ZTH-ians,
Just thought of this crazy idea about modding a 1mzfe engine into the corolla ae101, seen it online but of course not in malaysia la. Come lets chit chat abit to get more ideas building. haha

Seems like the mzfe engine has been used in the camry models (according to wikipedia) but I don't see it in our malaysian line, maybe overseas?

Taken a look at a friend's mzfe in the toyota rav and it seems like it can fit into the ae101 engine space with some proper modding of course.

What do you all think? Would it need like major costs to mod it in?

3.0 litre V6 into an AE101 that originally comes with a 1.6 or 1.3? Definitely not legal to do the transplant. Besides, the hp output for 1MZ-FE wasn't that high. You might as well stick with the lighter 4A-GE.

im using this engine on harrier, really seldom see ppl mod the internal..
This engine was awarded best engine before..

Plus info, the later upsized 3.5 engine is in Lotus car..

Here also can, but not road legal. Maybe can mod and test in Sepang or for you Dato Sagor track...

I can't even pay the petrol bill for the V8.... With that engine in KE70 at Dato Sagor, I might lose control and crash somewhere...
