H22A vtec engage

..hi there to all vtec sifu .....is there anyway to make the h22a vtec engage sound louder
same like like b16 and b18 vtec engage sound....

please all sifu give some advise or some secret receipe,.....................thanks in advance

how loud do you want it to be?

depends on what H22a you have.

The H22aR has a nasty bark, while the BB1/4/6 H22a has a more growly wail. The CD6 H22a is not that far off too.

What you need are some I/H/E mods and your all set, or, get some F20B DOHC VTEC (SiR-T) cam shafts and you get a Type S motor. Oh yes baby.

got gears,.. 1234,... no fifth gear,.. fifth gear on astro got.

Put a loud speaker at the engine bay ler... kkekekeke

BTW, first change your intake header. Stock OEM header won't produce loud2 prannnngggg sound.

secondly, change you exhaust setup from front to rear or if no $$$, just used cheap2 muffler will do.

BTW, no need to change air filter. Stock also ok.

the vtec cross over is loud mainly because of induction
once u change your intake u shud clearly hear the boobAA
without changing header/exhaust

just remove the resonator chamber pipe. fitting an open pod might not yield better results, since you are sucking in hotter air.
