i always get this msg during 1pm-2pm and 6pm -7pm

it doens't use XML...

hmm, it should be something wrong with your browser.
i.e.: Internet Explorer.
why not try installing the newest internet exploerer i'm sure it'll solve ur prob

Not sure... I think codings are disabled.

i think is more to the timing....

first click get the warning msg...wait a moment click then is ok....

my browser is already up - to -date version....

i get over it by closing my browser and opening it again, works everytime for me
