Hi all, this is my first post here. I'm feel proud of u guys who owning Lexus there.
Planning to get an IS 250 after CNY next year. Just would like to seek for some info about the fuel consumption of IS 250. Maybe can share yours one here? Thanks and have a nice day!

HiHi, welcome & enjoy your IS250. My car average consumption will be 10.5KM/Liter. About 0.18-19 cents per KM (Ron 95). As you know driving in KL & PJ, many traffic jam on the road. if not, the cost can be cheaper...

Shell ron 97 (RM 161) - i can do about 600 highway. 450 - 500 highway & city......

i can consistently get 11km/l... i drive mainly on the PLUS highway with a spatter of town driving. so far so good :-)

I can get around 800km purely on highway on RON 97 and around 400-450km on town driving.

I'm daily driving Mark X 250 which has the same engine as the IS250 and the best I can only get is 10-12km/l on RON95 combination of highway & city. If I just get heavy footed a bit then it will drop to around 8-9km/l.

can anyone share some other info like maintenance costs and where to get it done?

Hi yen,
Maintenance cost for IS250 is quite reasonable!
6L engine oil fully syn + filter = rm450-500
Gear oil = around rm350
Hehehe

major services will cost you quite a bit. but normal service i spend less than RM 400............ using toms oil.....
