SAFCII

Well, I installed a Apexi SAFC-I and so-called dynotune it as well. I really dont notice much difference after driving it even for weeks now. For RM1300 you might be better of with Greddy's e-manage piggyback ecu? Any comments guys?

Like i said in the other thread, spent RM600 for it, and RM200 for installing/tuning as well for no noticable performance gain. Might as well go for "Trial Tuning's" special offer package. Thats what I should've done.

ehehehe...

u should get urs sold off first.. after u made this comment.. then nobody wants to buy liao...

but install there, also very nice looking. :D

I second to that. You can get software upgrades for your eManage installed into your notebook, but would you be able to upgrade your SAFC software?

thank you thankyou..
i just asking only.. coz seen a lot of car using it.

will emanage can tune the idle speed? reset everything? cause my idle seems quite high SOMETIMES. but let it there for a while then back normal...
bodoh...

My friend using MIVEC got idling problems too, too low. Suspected throttle body problem. He was looking to change the throttle body.

But then he installed eManage first. Amazingly, the idling problems seems to go away.

Guess what, he did the installation at N1 Sunway.

i had a friend who used emanage on smallport 4age. he said not very good on that engine.

SAFC is good if ur tuning is screwed up. it CORRECTS ur fuel mapping. so if ur fuel mapping is perfect, there is no correction needed therefore u would not feel any power gain.

i had cams installed in my car and the SAFC worked wonders..
