i dont think so park brake problem ..cause the divider is quite high oso .. i think he / she throttled much .. cant control .. anyway its nice cause no extreme damages .. shud be underbody damages slightly .. ;)

i suppose he forgot to pull his handbrake or engage in gears before leaving the car... thats why the car rolls down... lucky the car didnt tip over...
last time my dad car got once fallen into da small drain when parked in front of it... my dad pull da handbrake adi, but not vr makan... (old car ma)... thats why da car still roll la... haha... lucky not vr serious, push da car up can adi...
