hehhee bro.....definitely the 4G91 twin-cam head cannot fit onto waja block ler. its the 4G15 twin-cam head, and yes 4G15 has a single cam and a twin-cam version. u can get it from a Mitsubishi Colt. the colt even has a 4G15 twin-cam mivec turbo version. get tat head, and u have a 4G18 dohc mivec :) i saw in klang selling tat head for rm2k+.

p/s: in seremban sum workshop is offering rm1k to fix the 4g15 twin-cam head onto the waja's 4g18 block.

what a topic here...

to get 160hp is not possible with our sohc 4G18 engine..
but it is possible when u transplant the engine to 4G92 mivec rs or mixed and matched it with 4G93t block...then it bcome 4g93 mivec or in other words,1.8 mivec..

if u wish to not to transplant the engine,some mods can be done,but it's costly..

from what i understand,modifying gearbox wont increase your hp,it supports your engine from losing hp..

4g18 ecu is good enuff man...what u need to do is just to re-map it acording to your modifications...

Besides what Iszo said, hows the condition of your current engine? Can perhaps bring that up to health first also.

Currently my engine health is good. Been running for the past 14 years without any problem. I can hit 180kmh at 6500 rpm on 4th gear.
